Very comfortable bed and room Close to the old port but very quiete Nice digital TV with lot of channels, including non greek channels Nice bathroom Also get some coffee machine /water Convenient plugs to recharge phone/devices

We stayed here for only two nights, the room was modern with high ceilings, very spacious. The room that we stayed in, was called Isabella and this overlooked the Old Venetian Port of Chania and the views were beautiful. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the old town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would also recommend going to the sister hotel El Greco, which has a roof top cocktail bar with fantastic views and you get 10% off your first visit. Although we didn’t get to experience the food or drinks here but the views were amazing and very friendly staff.

I loved it. It was a sweet space in a beautiful location. I loved how close it was to the harbor. My room was sweet and had everything that I needed. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.
